Well you should take out all enemys in the Fort then get the case in the Fort THEN get case behind Fort while enemys are gone since if you come back alter for the other the enemys will respawn in Fort.

So, I guess go at night, there is only one way up and that is up the road toward the front of Fort, stay to your left of Fort and follow wall around to the back and then you will fall down a ledge and see the case.

In Laboa-Sako Northwest Sector on the far left side there is a Diamond on a huge rock.... How do you get it ?

Get the flatbed truck from the north rail yard, and drive to the southern portion of the rock (lowest point) get on the roof of the flat bed and run and jump until you make it on the rock.

Anyone have any ideas for this one?

Good point however, if the diamond is up high on a rock use a truck,jeep or car to help boost up or looks around for higher peaks that may have a glider to use.

Schubiedoo, I remember I struggled with that one myself.
Eventually, what made it was just walking up to the right (it doesn't look like it's walkable, but you can). Just try walking to the right (north of it) and up.
